Georgette went on to develop a strong business sensibility and eye for luxury during time spent working in the accessories department at Barney's New York. A born and bred New Yorker with a keen eye for fashion, the designer's style has been further enhanced by her many travels around the world. In the Fall of 2006, after years of working with the music industry's elite, Georgette launched Primo Luxe, a luxury glove line produced in Italy. Her first sellout collection featured the classic driving glove "Cruise Control" as her staple. Going to the most respected sources for fine accessories, Georgette works one-on-one with skilled artisans to craft her bold designs. Each pair is subject to a 25-step process from cutting to finish.
